Before purchasing this item, please clarify that the motor housing of your e-bike model offers enough space for installing the tracker and if additional accessories are needed (e.g., by asking your e-bike dealer or the manufacturer). Returns of this item are only possible in undamaged original packaging and if registration/activation has not been carried out!
Note on the disposal of old batteries
The following information is for those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and no longer resell them in the form supplied to them (end-users):
1. Free return of old batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that they can be properly disposed of. You can hand in old batteries at a municipal collection point or at local retailers. As distributors of batteries, we are also obliged to take back old batteries, whereby our obligation to take back old batteries is limited to those types of old batteries that we have or have had in our range as new batteries. You can therefore either send old batteries of the aforementioned type back to us with sufficient postage or hand them in free of charge directly at our shipping warehouse at the address given in the imprint.
2. Meaning of battery symbols
Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury, more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004 percent by mass of lead, the chemical designation of the respective pollutant used is located under the dustbin symbol – "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" stands for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.
